I remembered seeing a text message exchange on Deadmau5's Instagram about how Gerard was going to post his flyer but Deadmau5 wasn't ready yet or something like that and I was all, "What the hell are they talking about?!" It was this:



Good thing I investigated it because I ended up buying a very early birthday present for myself:

And did you notice MCR's new logo?


So exciting! I watched that video of Gerard on Kevin Smith's show Spoilers and he said they were currently working on what they're calling "MCR 5" - but they won't be dressing up this time.Aww.  Sad Panda.  On the upside, Gerard shared the cutest song he wrote for his daughter, Bandit.  Cute overload!

Work inspiration

I'm doing my favourite part of my job - research.  Why is it my favourite?  Because I get to watch lots and lots of videos!  Normally I would get pretty bored very early but I'm enjoying this.

I remember buying this issue (with Drew Barrymore on the cover, I think) and I was hoping for a video to accompany his photos at Coney Island.  Good thing it exists!  Yowza!

I think it's very stylish and I think it could definitely lighten up our current looks.

All I need to do now is run around with a camera and see what comes from it.  Nothing like some good ol' experimentation - which is what I love to do!
