The Glee-est Glee That Ever Glee-d

Okay, I'll admit - I had been falling out of love with Glee for some time now.  It's just not the same!  A lot of the characters we all know and love just aren't the same out of school as they were when they were still bright-eyed and bushy-tailed McKinley High students.  My Netflix is stuck on Season 2, Episode 6: Never Been Kissed.  Why?

Because that's where it all began!!  Where Kurt met Blaine!  I fast-forward right to this part.  Well, actually, I fast-forward to where Kurt first meets Blaine on the steps at Dalton.





And I cry EVERY TIME!  When they slow-motion run down the hall, hand in hand!  When Blaine sings "Teenage Dream" and he's singing right to Kurt!  Oh the love!!

Wacky Wednesday: My Top 10 Gifs

I was going through my gif tag (ALL 32 pages of them) on the Tumblr and I'm CRYING LAUGHING at the stupid things I post / reblog!!  Why was hitting up my gif tag?  I was actually looking for something work-related.  Whaaaaaaat?!  Yes, I really, truly was.
SPOILER: I didn't find it BUT I did find my top 10 favorite gifs to share with you!

You know me - I love blood on people and this gif from Neil Jordan's Byzantium is the most beautiful display of people covered in blood that I have ever seen.  No surprise because it's Neil FREAKING Jordan.

Saturday Night Glee-ver

How great was Glee last night?!  I was already freaking out about it because Double D sent me this lovely gem


I thought it was funny and spooky because I had JUST been looking for cheap Bee Gees greatest hits albums to download. To tell you the truth, I wasn't too jazzed about this particular episode because I thought it was going to be campy (which it still was) and corny (Finchel = BARF) but there's something about Darren Criss performing You Should Be Dancing and wearing that white suit at the end.

How fabs was Mercedes?!


WERK. But as fabs as Mercedes was, Unique tore that shit up



Unique's whole storyline had me all choked up, to be honest.  I was practically in tears every time Unique was talking about her gender identity issues.  Girl, I totally understand.  And I'm glad she came out all decked out in her sparklies and Jesse St. Jerkface looked like a total asshole.  DO IT!!  I was like a proud mama watching Boogie Shoes and gave my very own standing ovation in my living room.

Finn and Rachel had me puking with their seemingly increasing sappy, sugary relationship drama but I'm glad Finn got his act together in the end.  But can they please STOP talking about their damn wedding.  Ugh.  So lame.  Can we get more Sam and Mercedes time?  I LOVE them together and I was so happy to see that Sam wasn't really perving out to Mercedes when he was getting that video of her for YouTube.  They belong together and I hope she sees that.  And I can't handle another serenade like this


My heart can't take it!  Just be with Sam!

Kurt and Blaine were precious, as always, and I was happy to see that wardrobe is back on track with Kurt.  He had been in some questionable outfits until now and I'm hoping that phase is OVER.

Klaine Kisses and Doin' It

Last night's Glee was quite possibly the cutest episode of this season so far!  Although new Warbler Sebastian came on a little TOO strong to Blaine (who wouldn't?!), I thought he was totally adorable.  Blaine was totally swoon-worthy throughout the entire episode - yes, even the drunk parts - and Kurt was just as precious as ever.




I couldn't help but think of my first time.  I felt like Tina while she was talking about hers.  My first time wasn't as perfect as hers but it was definitely memorable and makes a great story!


I'll admit I could've done without Rachel and Finn's story and I LOVED that Coach Bieste got some action last night!  And I was wondering if Damian McGinty's brief cameo in last night's episode counted as one of his 7 that he won from The Glee Project.  It better not because I heart him too much for him to just be in the background...

I was also wondering why Atlanta doesn't have a club called Scandals!  I would love it!  Geoff said that we should open one and we could offer 1/2 off drink specials for Project Runway viewing parties - which would elevate from live-blogging to UStream video blogging (YESSS!) - and we could have Drag Race viewing parties and themed drag nights.  That would be my ultimate drag fantasy come true!!  I would LOVE IT!  Universe, it's in your hands to help me make this a reality!  I want this!!!  I need this!!!

Aaaaaaanyways...the She Loves You Tumblr is joining in on "The Morning After" gif posts from last night's episode so, I'll duck out of here and continue the reblogging of the cutest gifs from last night.  And just so you all know, I haven't been this giddy about an episode of Glee since Kurt and Blaine's first kiss!  Memories!

It's Almost Glee Day!

We've all been waiting for it and it's almost here: the return of Glee! I can't wait! I saw this cute article on their Facebook page - but it wasn't the article that drew me in, oh no. It was this dreamboat:

I can already say this: I have MAJOR hair envy. Just look at how great Dianna Agron looks with pink hair!!

I can easily say that I'm supper jealous of her fierceness. Maybe I'll have to bring some pink back to my own hair - whether it's a track or if I get adventurous enough, I can try dyeing my hair again. I might not risk it since it's still on the mend.

Klainebows for everyone!

I know I'm a week late on this but I've been really busy at work so I finally have time to talk about what we Gleeks have been waiting for since Blaine grabbed Kurt's hand and led him down Dalton's halls to sing Teenage Dream...



I had been waiting for that moment for longer than Kurt has (probably) and it finally came! I had seen the spoiler boards and rumor mills working overtime trying to convince me it was coming soon but I refused to believe it because it was one of those things that you want so badly to happen and Ryan Murphy knows how badly you want it but he's going to keep it from you until you least expect it, so I tossed all the rumors aside - even when I talked to my Glee insider. He hinted there was something in Tuesday's episode that would make me cry but he didn't tell me it was the Klaine kiss!



I have been waiting FOREVER for these two to kiss not only because Kurt has had a crush on Blaine since he got to know him and see him as a positive gay role model in his life but because of the way they looked at each other every time they saw each other. You had to be blind to NOT see the sparks between them. I mean, they practically had hearts in their eyes when they exchanged glances - even though Blaine tried courting another guy.



So there it was - my Klaine kisses happening right before my eyes and there I was on my couch, crying like a proud Mama.

Those weren't the only tears, either.

New Directions STOLE the competition at Regionals with their two original songs (that were pretty good, I must say) but I cried - not for the Dalton rendition of Candles but the Dalton rendition of Raise Your Glass. I know: nerd alert, BUT it was kind of perfect to wrap up Kurt and Blaine's new found relationship, kind of. It was so sweet!

New Directions winning also brought on the tears. I was so proud of them! They did such a great job and it was a nice "Fuck You" to Sue, who has been trying to bring them down for SO LONG.

Unfortunately Glee is on a month-long hiatus working on new stuff to close out the season and I've been seeing some thangs in the rumor mill and Chris Colfer relayed something at PaleyFest about a Kurt story line that make Ryan Murphy give Chris the "BITCH, YOU SAID WHAT" face. It was hilarious but Chris was right, "Like we didn't already know"...



I guess I have enough time to find more Glee goodies via the internet but I won't go looking too hard for it - I don't want to spoil the WHOLE THING for myself. I do like surprises after all.

Golden Globes 2011

There was a lot of awesome fashion last night at the Golden Globes! I was so happy to see everyone looking so great!
Unfortunately, I tuned in AFTER Chris Colfer's speech but thank God for Tumblr and Twitter! I was able to see his speech a thousand times over and I get tears in my eyes just thinking about it! What a great win!




Wow! Can I just say that the Glee cast is GORGEOUS!!! They all look amazing! Even the ones not pictured looked wonderful!!! My favourite is Jayma Mays. Look at her! She looks stunning!

Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman were wonderful!


I don't care what anyone says - Helena Bonham Carter is fucking awesome! Her outfit was great!

Emma Stone looked fabs but I kinda think she was lost in that sea of peach. She should've gone with a darker colour to compliment her pretty pale skin and newly lightened hair...

...but I'm just a blogger.

Amy Adams looked amazing! That blue looks really well against her skintone


I wasn't too sure why Mandy Moore was there but I didn't care - she was beautiful


I've been looking around the blog-o-sphere and seeing a lot of negative criticism for Christina's look last night and all I have to say is this: she did NOT look fat, she did NOT look lazy, she was CURVY and GORGEOUS.

Haters gonna hate...

I didn't know who Kaley Cuoco was until she started crying for her costar Jim Parsons, but her dress is FANTASTIC

Seeing it on the red carpet is not doing it justice. She looked amazing on stage.

Although I haven't seen her performance on Dexter yet, Julia Stiles looked great!

But - the best dressed, for me, was - hands down - Olivia Wilde (in Marchesa)

I LOVE IT!! I can't get enough of this dress!
And the shoes were amazing!!

If the Golden Globes were this fabulous, imagine the Oscars! I can't wait! I downloaded the free Oscars app and once they announce the nominees, I'll post my predictions :)
